How UV printing works

UV-curable ink is printed directly onto the product and cured immediately with ultraviolet light, producing sharp color and detail on many non-apparel surfaces.

Materials matter

Acrylic, wood, metal, glass, ceramic, and leather can each require different preparation. We review the surface and recommend the right process before production.

Specialty finishes

Selected projects can include raised texture, gloss, fluorescent accents, metallic-style effects, or layered white ink for extra dimension and contrast.

Direct print or transfer

Flat products may be printed directly, while durable UV transfer decals can decorate curved or irregular items such as drinkware and promotional goods.

ARTWORK CHECKLIST

Help us produce the best result.

  • Vector AI, EPS, SVG, or print-ready PDF artwork is ideal for crisp edges and accurate sizing.
  • High-resolution transparent PNG files can also work when supplied at the intended print size.
  • Convert fonts to outlines or include the font files with your artwork.
  • Tell us the product material, dimensions, desired placement, and any specialty finish you have in mind.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Keep it looking great.

  • Clean finished products gently with a soft cloth and mild soap.
  • Avoid abrasive pads, harsh solvents, and prolonged soaking.
  • Hand-wash decorated drinkware unless we confirm otherwise for the selected product.
  • Protect printed surfaces from sharp scraping and extreme heat.

What can you print on?

Common options include acrylic, wood, metal, glass, ceramic, leather, phone cases, drinkware, signs, awards, and promotional products. We’ll confirm compatibility before production.

Can you print white ink on dark or clear products?

Yes. White ink can provide opacity beneath color artwork and create strong contrast on dark, clear, or transparent surfaces.

Can the print have texture or shine?

Selected products and designs can use raised texture, gloss, layered white, fluorescent accents, and other specialty effects.

Can you decorate curved objects?

Yes. Some cylinders can be printed directly, while durable transfer decals are often the best choice for curved or irregular surfaces.
